Why replace cow's milk with vegetable milk? This is an issue that is currently working

As for rice milk, it does not contain gluten and is therefore ideal for people with celiac disease. What you must remember ? Alternate plant milks that you find in the trade to diversify your nutritional intake. If you make them homemade, the choice is even wider. From an environmental point of view, vegetable milk is once again the big winner. A scientific study suggests that greenhouse gas emissions used in the production of herbal milks are lower than those of dairy milk. Are all plant milks equal? NO.
